Based in the historic Cathedral City of Salisbury in Wiltshire, Charter 1227 Catering
is an independent family run business lead by Danny Bozic an Award Winning Chef & Proprietor of Charter 1227 Restaurant.
Danny has worked with some of the greatest chefs in some of the most prestigious hotels
& restaurants across the country over the last 25 years.

Danny leads a dedicated professional team who together provide a friendly and efficient service. Our team is our best asset.
Our Chefs and Front of House are outstanding, and many have worked with us for a long time.
We know that getting the menu right is an important consideration for brides and grooms when planning their big day.
The traditional Fine Dining Experience isn't always what couples are looking for, and we understand that.

Catering should be designed to fit in with the venue and style of the wedding.
After all, each wedding is special and unique to every couple. Rather than providing formal set menus, we prefer to work with you
to achieve a bespoke menu to suit your big day.
If however, you wish to suggest an ideal Seasonal Menu, we would be delighted to offer this service,
